One-month IPTV plan: evaluate your everyday viewing
A one-month plan offers the smallest initial total for a given tier and connection count. Use that shorter commitment to assess your normal viewing routine, device controls and content needs before considering a longer term.

For the wider tier, duration and connection choices, use the subscription planning hub alongside this term-specific guide.
What a one-month choice helps you decide
A short paid term can be useful when your main uncertainty is how the service fits everyday life. Perhaps your television is new, another household member prefers a tablet, or you have not yet decided which player is easiest to use. A month gives you a limited planning horizon, but it does not remove the need to check compatibility and essential content beforehand.
Choose it for the questions it can help answer, rather than assuming it is a free trial. A paid subscription and a trial enquiry are separate things. The trial information page explains the current manual process; this article does not promise a trial length, automatic access or a refund if your preferences change.
Nor does “one month” establish a rolling direct debit. The stated duration tells you the term being compared. Start date, exact expiry, renewal process and payment arrangements need confirmation through the current ordering route. Reading a pricing card does not authorise any charge.
One-month prices for every connection count
| Simultaneous connections | Standard | Premium |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | £14.99 | £19.99 |
| 2 | £24.99 | £29.99 |
| 3 | £29.99 | £39.99 |
| 4 | £39.99 | £49.99 |
| 5 | £49.99 | £59.99 |
These figures are the complete one-month totals for the combinations shown. There is no need to divide by a longer term to understand the monthly amount. If you compare against another duration, however, keep the tier and number of connections the same. The homepage remembers the count independently on each duration card.
For one or two connections, Premium is £5 more than Standard for this term. For three, four or five connections, the difference is £10. That is a comparison of the published totals, not a fixed upgrade fee or a promise that a mid-term change will be available at that difference.
Before day one: remove avoidable uncertainty
Record the exact model of the device you will watch most often. Check the intended app name, where it is obtained and any separate player activation requirement. If somebody else in the household will operate it, include that person in the check. A setup that only one technically confident person understands may be inconvenient for everyday television.
Next, make a short must-have list. Use exact programme, channel, season or event names where possible. A large catalogue count is not an answer to a specific availability question. Ask about the items that would determine whether you continue, rather than judging the whole service from an unrelated channel that happens to open first.
Finally, count overlapping streams. The connections guide explains the distinction between owning several devices and using them simultaneously. Resolve the count before buying; an unexplained playback interruption caused by an unsuitable configuration would make your first-month assessment less useful.
Build a small viewing diary
You do not need a spreadsheet full of technical measurements. A simple note with the date, device, content and any difficulty is enough. Record ordinary use: finding a programme, choosing an episode, reading the guide, changing channels and stopping playback when finished. Focus on the activities you actually repeat.
Try your normal viewing times rather than one convenient afternoon only. If most viewing happens after work, include that period. If a second person uses the television at breakfast, ask them to try the controls then. This is a practical way to sample your routine, not a scientific performance test or a guarantee about future service.
Separate problems into clear descriptions. “The app will not open” is different from “the app opens but this title is unavailable”. “Only the upstairs tablet has difficulty” differs from “every device has difficulty at once”. Clear observations make a support conversation shorter and help you avoid changing several settings blindly.
Evaluate the tier without chasing headline numbers
Standard advertises Full HD / 1080p. Premium advertises 4K UHD available and its own additional feature set. If your main screen and preferred programmes do not make use of those additional features, a higher tier may not answer your actual need. Compare what you can use, including the guide and player experience, rather than the largest number on a card.
If Premium interests you for 4K, confirm the particular source, player and display setup. The 4K guide explains why a 4K television alone does not settle the question. If Premium interests you for catch-up, check the relevant programmes and availability instead of assuming every live channel can be replayed.
The Premium phrase “Hot Player / IBO Lifetime Activation” refers to the supplied app-activation benefit. It does not turn a one-month content term into lifetime streaming, and it does not promise both players together. Ask which arrangement applies to your actual device.
Use the final week for a decision, not a rushed assumption
Before the term is close to ending, revisit the reasons you chose it. Did you find the content you asked about? Could everyone operate the app comfortably? Was the connection count sufficient at busy times? Have unresolved issues been described to support clearly enough to receive a useful response?
Keep the next choice separate from the first purchase. Continuing for another month, choosing a longer duration and changing tier are different decisions. Ask about the available process and timing rather than assuming that access renews automatically or that an existing account can be altered in every possible way.
If the arrangement now fits your needs, compare the three-month guide and six-month guide. If uncertainty remains, identify it precisely. Extending the term will not itself solve an unsupported app, an unavailable programme or a household sharing rule you have not confirmed.
Understand the longer-term arithmetic
At the currently displayed one-connection prices, three separate one-month Standard terms would total £44.97, while the three-month Standard plan is £29.99. For Premium, the equivalent comparison is £59.97 versus £39.99. These are arithmetic comparisons using today’s listed figures, not an assurance that repeated purchases or future prices will be available.
The longer term has a lower monthly equivalent, but its total is paid for a longer commitment under the actual available terms. If you only want a single month, comparing twelve months of hypothetical use can obscure your real requirement. Choose the period you expect to use and can reasonably commit to.
Before proceeding, use the selection information page to review what a plan choice means. It provides information and the current next step; it does not submit an order simply because you followed a link.
One-month questions
Is the one-month plan the free trial?
No. It is a paid plan with its own advertised total. A trial enquiry follows a separate manual process, with no fixed duration advertised in this guide.
Will my plan renew by itself?
Do not infer automatic renewal from the duration label. Confirm the actual renewal and payment arrangements before proceeding, and keep the answer with your plan details.
Should I test every available channel?
A focused assessment is more useful. Check the content and controls that matter to your household, and ask about specific missing items. Catalogue size is not a practical substitute for your own requirements.
Can I change to an annual term after a week?
Ask support about the available change process, price and timing. This page does not promise conversion, credits or pro-rata adjustments for an active plan.
What should I keep after the first month?
Keep a private record of your device, player, chosen tier, connections and any support guidance. Avoid saving credentials in shared screenshots. That record makes the next plan decision clearer.
